Yeidra’s body care range includes products specifically formulated for specific parts of the body. There are areas of our bodies with extremely thin and delicate skin and few sebaceous glands, meanwhile others have thicker, stronger skin which serves as a barrier against the elements.

Daily care of the skin using a firming and hydrating lotion is important and should be applied to the arms, legs and torso.

Aside from this general care, there are other areas which require specific treatment.

The hands require maximum moisture, especially in winter. Gentling massaging cream into the hands not only assists absorption but also helps to repair damage caused by cold or abrasions.

The feet require products which prevent dryness and cracking. It’s important to spend a few minutes caring for your feet each day, no matter what the time of year. Extra cream should be applied to the heels since this is where dryness and cracking is most common. Gently massaging cream into the skin will keep feet fresh and hydrated.

Keeping the neck and décolleté clean and hydrated helps delay signs of ageing too. The delicate skin in this zone tends to lose firmness fast, but a good reaffirming moisturiser can help to keep skin looking plump. Products containing plant-based oils are also recommended as they boost skin’s elasticity.

The use of a gentle exfoliator helps to regenerate skin cells, be it on the feet, legs, hands or décolleté.

Diet and exercise also play a big part in skincare – they keep it looking smooth and firm. Physical exercise gives skin the nutrients and oxygen it needs, while perspiration helps to clean pores.
